I’ve spent the better part of the last two decades laser-focused on one thing: residential real estate law in New York. It’s a niche I chose not just because it’s legally complex and fast-paced, but because it’s deeply human. Every transaction has a story. Every client has a dream. And my job is to make sure both reach the finish line—smoothly, confidently, and with care.

After earning my JD from Cardozo and cutting my teeth at Gold & Gold, I became a partner at Gold Scollar Moshan, PLLC. In 2014, I launched my solo practice with a clear vision: deliver meticulous, hands-on legal guidance, free of bureaucracy and delegation. When you hire me, you get me—start to finish.

What sets my practice apart is my full-circle view of the real estate world. I’ve led a title insurance company, worked on development deals, invested in property, represented lenders, served as counsel for co-ops and condos, and more. That breadth of experience means I don’t just know the law—I understand the deal from every side.

I’ve represented clients in every corner of the NYC market—from luxury high-rises in Manhattan to starter co-ops in Queens, to family homes in the suburbs. I’ve also trained real estate agents, been quoted in The New York Times, and served as resident real estate attorney for Brooklyn Based’s “Buying into Brooklyn.”

Outside the office, I’m a competitive tennis player (Team USA, Maccabi Games 2025), a longtime band keyboardist, and co-creator of Rock the SAT, a vocabulary-learning rock album published by McGraw-Hill. I live in Irvington with my wife, our two boys, and our dog Ziggy.

“My practice is built on trust, clarity, and speed. Real estate in NYC moves fast—and so do I.”
